The B2B Telemarketing Company was born from the success of our sister business, Home Lead Gen, part of The Coalesce Group.

Launched in 2015, Home Lead Gen initially focused solely on the B2C space. Over time, the business naturally evolved to serve both B2B and B2C clients, delivering strong results across both sectors. To maintain clarity in our messaging and ensure each brand could focus on its core strengths, our CEO, Harry, made the strategic decision to separate the two. This led to the creation of The B2B Telemarketing Company, focused exclusively on helping businesses generate leads and set appointments in the B2B space.

Our concept and model is simple. We deliver all the benefits of an in-house telemarketing team, without the operational headaches. Such as, the challenges of day-to-day management, recruitment, and increasing PAYE costs. We understand businesses today are looking for flexible, scalable solutions that can be easily integrated into their plans and budgets. 

There are no long-term contracts. We understand the reality of fast-changing business environments, where internal shifts can happen with little notice. We offer a full range of services across lead generation and appointment setting, supporting companies in a variety of sectors. Our team of 45 across the group are based in Exeter and Manchester, with the entire operation located within the UK.
